Philosophy

My philosophy mainly stems from iconic figures & ideologists, such as Bruce Lee, J. Krishnamurti, and other influential philosophers that have created an impact in my life. I firmly believe that we have to nurture our mind & body to unconditionally accept ourselves, which means we must go through the mental and physical training in order to fully express ourselves. Similarly, in relation to the concept of Yin & Yang; without the physical manifestations of what exists in the world, we can never root to the very core of our true authentic self and bring ourselves in harmony.

Ultimately, we must shed the layers that will reveal our soul; for the soul exudes authenticity more than what meets the eye. My philosophical approach equips my students and clients with an outer and inner self-balance - a positive and empowered approach to everyday life with rewarding experiences.

Accept no way as the way, accept no limitation as limitation.”- Bruce Lee

“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work ethics and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”- Bruce Lee

“We cannot learn without pain.” – Aristotle

“If we can really understand the problem, the answer will come out of it, because the answer is not separate from the problem.” – J. Krishnamurti

“Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.” – Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching

“Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out there and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.” – Bruce Lee

“Truth is not something far away” – J. Krishnamurti
